1. On 9/29/2020 and 9/30/2020, employees performing tire inflation tasks sustained bodily injuries when the tires exploded. The employees sustained broken cheek bone and leg and arm injuries. 2. The tire cage is not secured to the ground, exposing employees to more serious injuries if the tires were to explode while performing tire inflation tasks. 3. The lift's arm in Bay 2 does not work properly and drops vehicles, exposing employees to crush-by injuries. HAZARD LOCATION: Garage 10/07/2020 KRAlleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
