1.The hotel is not enforcing guest room sanitation as shown in the COVID-19 video training. 2. The hotel only sanitizes the common areas on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 3.Housekeepers are utilizing cleaners as opposed to the disinfectants that were shown in the COVID-19 video training. 4. The employer is not being consistent with its COVID-19 policies. Around May 2020 a Maintenance Manager tested positive, the hotel hired a third-party company to test all of the employees from the Maintenance Department. Around August 2020 an employee from Housekeeping tested positive, the employer did not provide COVID-19 testing. The employees that were in contact with the infected employee, continued to work.
