1. Employees are concerned about the employer not enforcing the Governor's COVID-19 guidelines. 2. The store is not following guidelines with regards to store maximum occupancy capacity. 3. The store is not being sanitized when the store has closed. The only cleaning that is being done is the standard cleaning that was being done prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, which includes cleaning of the bathrooms and vacuuming.
