HAZARD DESCRIPTION: 1. Some employees, particularly those in the Emergency Room, are being discouraged from wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) against possible coronavirus exposure. Employees are being told they may not wear an N95 or surgical mask. Employees are also being instructed to remove the masks between patients.
