5199 / 3205: There are approximately 10 employees, one of whom was hired with no education or OSHA training. Patients are being seated in dirty room, such as open and used instruments and blood splatter on the walls and floors. Dental assistants are going in and out of rooms with the same gloves on. Dental hygienists informed doctors of possible COVID-19 exposure from a patient and doctors did not informed any staff members. Precautions are not being followed when in comes to COVID-19. Temperatures are not checked, surfaces are not wiped and patients are waiting extremely long.
