The employer did not ensure that employees followed their implemented COVID-19 procedures and wore face masks as required to limit the spread. T8 CCR 3203(a)(2). 2. The employer did not ensure that employees followed social distancing recommendations and guidelines per the state executive and local public health department orders at the workplace.
