Face-coverings are not mandated or worn by employees of the sheriffs department including detectives. Employees in a meeting room were exposed to an employee that subsequently tested positive for COVID-19 and are not allowed to quarantine. Employer informed that unless they have a fever they must still show up for work, and only members that came out COVID-19 positive from tests were allowed to quarantine. One employee was told to work even with a cough, loss of smell, and congestion present. 3 other employees have since tested positive for COVID-19.
