Company is forcing employees to come back into the office without sufficient room for safety for Covid 19. this Includes proper spacing between employees and being unable to complete job requirements while wearing PPE. There have already been multiple employees who have been diagnosed with Covid 19 inside the building and possible spread. They are continuing to push employees into dangerous situation for profits. Multiple employees have voiced concerns with no action. A majority of Arcbest isn't scheduled to come back till 2021 and yet they continue to push this department to come back.
