The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Order 20-74 and 20-82, which include COVID-19 Preparedness Plan Requirements for Minnesota Schools, specifically: 1. The establishment does not have protocols in place that allow for adequate physical distancing of staff when working in shared spaces. 2. The establishment's COVID-19 Preparedness Plan does not contain and employees have not been made aware of procedures for communicating how affected employees will be expected to isolate or quarantine. 3.
