The employee indicated that they did not have symptoms when they first tested positive, but later started having some. It is unknown if this person had symptoms upon returning to work. Employees are concerned because they have been in close contact with this person. The employer never informed employees that one of them had tested positive for COVID-19, even though several of them had contact with this person.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
