Enforcement of proper mask use and physical distancing is very bad. Employees can regularly be seen in the hallways with masks below their nose or mouth. An employee has observed at least 10-20 instances daily, in an area with over 100 employees. There are strong mask use rules on paper promising stern corrective actions for violations, but these are rarely if ever enforced. This is extremely risky for any employees nearby who could easily be exposed to a Covid positive individual not wearing their mask properly.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
