1. Three employees that are at a higher risk for severe illness from Covid-19 will in the next week be relocated to an office within the jail-Room C 114 -where six feet of social distancing will not be maintained. These employees will have to pass within three feet or less of other employees (not in higher risk category) stationed by the entry/exit door. There are other feasible unoccupied locations in the jail or other options for these at risk employees to be placed where six feet of social distancing can be maintained. Social distancing is especially important for employees who are at a higher risk for severe illness from Covid-19. Six employees would be immediately affected by an exposure in office C 114. The employer is creating an unnecessary health risk for these six employees but especially the higher at risk employees.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-14
