The supervisor is not following the Covid-19 safety procedures. According to the guidelines posted on the door, employees should all wear a mask, have temperature taken upon entering the building, clean the building, and check to make sure no one has shown or have symptoms before entering the building. The supervisor does not wear a mask. There are around 7 employees on site, however there are mediators who hold mediation without always wearing a mask. A schedule was created for staff to clean the building but the supervisor does not have anyone follow it. Only one or two of the concerned employees take their temperature each day. A co-worker called in today with flu like symptoms. Instead of sending all of us home until we get the results, we continue to work and we even allow others to come to meetings in our office without informing them of the possible Covid-19 risk.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-14
