1) Per Michigan Executive Order 2020-161, Section 9(j), there is no physical barrier at sign in. There is a wide counter area at check in with no added barrier; the check in desk is the same as it was pre-Covid. Employees who have asked about an added barrier, including the desk workers and clinical staff, are told by management for weeks now, since patients have resumed in office visits (6/1/20-present), that it is awaiting approval. 2) Per Michigan Executive Order 2020-161, Section 9(k), telehealth is not being employed to the greatest extent possible. Staff were allowed to do telehealth from home prior to 6/1/2020 and then ordered to return to the office on 6/1/2020 and to only perform it in the office. Face-to-face appointments began in June and were conducted through either video or staggered with in-person visits; however, as of 7/21/20, employees were told all patients can now come in.
