1. The workplace is not in compliance with Executive Orders 2020-145 section 1, which requires the development and implementation of a Covid-19 Preparedness and Response Plan. The following deficiencies are listed: no Covid-19 properness plan, no employee or onsite contractor medical screening, no employee Covid-19 training provided, employees forced to return to work when work can be performed remotely, no off-set schedules to prevent employee crowding, and no flexible schedules are offered. 2. The workplace is not in compliance with Executive Orders 2020-153, which cover the requirements for masks to be worn.
