1. Employer failed to properly train employees on safety and social distancing rules as per cdc regulations. 2. Managment is asking employees to reuse masks for three days. When in the past before the virius a mask wouldn't last half of a 12 hour shift due to pollution and metel dust from material and machinery. 3. Managment is sending employees to lunch all at the same time making it very difficult to be 6 feet away from another employee. 4. Management is not providing a clean lunch area.
