On two separate occasions employees tested positive for the coronavirus. When these confirmed cases happened no one from the HR department notified the areas where the employees worked, so the proper cleaning of high traffic areas could be performed. Along with these documented cases HR failed to inform potential employees of possible exposure when in fact the persons that tested positive called the HR department, confirmed they were positive, who they were around at work and had close contact for over two hours away from work. These employees didn't know they had been exposed until they work there entire 12 hour shift, went home then were contacted by the Indiana State Health Department.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-03
