Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, 1st Signature Lending LLC, 9800 Crosspoint Blvd Suite 300, INDIANAPOLIS, IN, 46256, USA

5 years ago business

9800 Crosspoint Boulevard, Indianapolis, 46256 Indiana, United States

COVID-19 Protocols not followed This company is not following COVID-19 protocols or contact tracing properly. 1st Signature Lending is knowingly putting their employees at risk. Many upper management employees have joked about the severity of COVID-19 and if it is real or not. Therefore, the majority of the staff does not wear mask, at all, ever. Many people have gotten sick with COVID-19 at this office over the past 2 months. No one from management or HR is following protocol for contact tracing. No one in these positions are even telling employees that they may be at risk formally. The only way employees are finding out about incidents are word of mouth and gossip. Currently most of the management staff is out of the office as they've all tested positive for COVID-19. They have not sent out an email formally letting employees know. This company very much has the means and technology to have their employees work from home temporarily as they've clearly had an outbreak. The company sent employees home with office computers from then end of March to the beginning of June with no problems affecting business. The employees now have remote access from their personal computers making it even easier to send them home. This company is set where employees are near each other, less than 6ft apart and work in cubicles. They are very much being reckless with their COVID-19 protocols and putting many employees and their families in danger.
