Upon Indiana lifting the stay at home order, Dexter Axle informed all employees of their new covid19 safety policies which includes mandatory mask wearing for all employees and outside contractors entering the company property. However, Dexter Axle is not enforcing this policy. When supervisors have notified the human resource manager of employees refusing to wear masks they have been told there is nothing they can do.
