There are employees and patients sick with symptoms of the coronavirus, respiratory symptoms, high fevers. The thermometers are not working correctly. They are isolating the patients in their room. They are short staffed. The are encouraging people to come to work sick. The employees are not provided PPE. The employees have to bring in their own PPE.
