Adequate safety measures are not being implemented and enforced such as masks not being worn by employees or cleaning/disinfect work areas to prevent employees from COVID-19. Employees are concerned that there are clients who tested positive for COVID-19; however, the employer has not notified employees who has been in contact with the positive clients.
