1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards, in that, the employer is not following procedures for notifying employees of COVID-19 positive patients prior to entering the patients home or care facilities. 2. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards when caring for COVID-19 positive or suspected patients, in that, the employer is not providing proper personal protective equipment. 3. A respiratory protection program, to include a written program, medical evaluations, fit testing, and training has not been implemented for employees required to wear N95 respirators when caring for COVID-19 positive or suspected patients.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
