1) Sneezing screens were removed completely on or about 11/1/2020. Employees are exposed to customers that are not required to wear mask. 2) Sign on door says "Please remove mask before entering". 3) The facility is not cleaned and disinfected as required by CDC guidelines for covid -19. 4) Employer is not following the CDC guidelines and allowing employees to isolate or quarantine when dealing with COvid-19. Two employees were told to return to work before their quarantine was up or their employment may be in jeopardy. 5) No PPE is provided or used if available by the employees in the facility.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 5
