Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Employees were not informed when members of the workforce with whom they had, or could have had, contact, reported to the employer that they had contracted COVID-19 or had tested positive for the virus; 2. Masks are not provided, and wearing masks is not required nor enforced; 3.
