1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. Social distancing is not maintained. There are no areas where employees can wash their hands and not hand sanitizer has been provided in the facility. Masks are not worn systematically in workplace. 2. Contact tracing has not been conducted with employees that has been in close contact with positive COVID-19 cases so they either could quarantine or get tested. 3.
