The employer infection control plan is inadequate as they are not performing contact tracing to ensure that employees who may have had close contact to personnel with Covid-19 are kept separate from the rest of the employees and/or quarantining these potentially exposed individuals . 2. Employees have tested positive for COVID-19, and the facility is not being sanitized to protect the remaining employees.
