The employer has not separated a Superintendent who appears to have symptoms of COVID-19 from other employees and sent home in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. The employer has not implemented flexible, non-punitive paid sick leave and supportive policies and practices as part of a comprehensive approach to prevent and reduce transmission among employees in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. 2.
