1. In the LMF area of the BOP Shop, the bathroom has been closed for over a year. Employees working in the area do not have access to a sanitary and/or available bathroom when needed, hot and cold running water nor lukewarm water, hand soap nor similar cleansing agent, warm air blowers nor individual hand towels. The waterless hand cleaner and towels/rags provided by the employer are not adequate substitutes and the porta-John that has been brought in temporarily does not meet the OSHA sanitation standards.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
