The employer does not enforce their own mask policy in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for ensuring all employees wear masks. Employees are not wearing a mask potentially exposing their co-workers to SARS-CoV-2 during shift change. 2. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 on or about January 24, 2021. Viral testing was not recommended for employees who had contact with the employee who tested positive during shift change in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for testing asymptomatic individuals with recent known or suspected exposure to SARS-CoV-2 to control transmission.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 2
