Regulatory Report
711 U.S. 119, Greensburg, 15601 Pennsylvania, United States
1) Healthcare employees who have shown active symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, coughing, and loss of senses, were tested by Excella Hospital professionals. The test results were not provided on a timely basis so employees continued to report to work full shifts feeling ill thus exposing other employee and residents to potential infection. 2) The employer is not following CDC's COVID-19 Healthcare Facility Guideline materials which state-"If HCP (Healthcare Professional) are tested and found to be infected with SARS-CoV-2, they should be excluded from work until they meet all Return to Work Criteria. HCP with suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection should be prioritized for testing, as testing results will impact when they may return to work and for which patients they might be permitted to provide care."3 weeks ago •reported by user-jvwpz822 • details
