1 - Employees are not trained on any type of bloodborne pathogen program to prevent potential exposure 2 - Employees are not provided bloodborne pathogen personal protective equipment/kits (there are some kits on random buses) 3 - Personnel in the main office location are not required or fail to wear personal protective equipment (i.e. masks) to prevent the exposure/spread of COVID-19 4 - Employees are required to participate in a weekly safety meeting where there is no potential to maintain social distancing or the spread of COVID-19 (facility capacity is exceeded) 5 - Employees are not notified when they have been exposed to someone that has tested positive of COVID-19 6 - Employees are required to work even after being directly exposed to COVID-19 7 - Facilities and buses are not sanitized on a regular basis with no evening and night shift to do any sanitization of the buses and facilities 8 - Employer is not providing any type of personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to COVID-19 (i.e. masks, gloves, etc) 9 - Employees are required to work with patrons that do not practice social distancing or wear any type of personal protective equipment to prevent COVID-19 exposureAlleged Hazards: 9, Employees Exposed: 150
