The employer is not clearly marking and signing rooms that have potential COVID positive patients. There are multiple instances of doors with airborne patients are left open. Proper masking is not always being followed by staff (masks under noses). In the ER, they don't allow the potential covid rooms to sit for 2 hour or give the housekeepers N95's or neck cuffs for the PAPR machines but want the rooms to be cleaned immediately.
