1. Mask not being warn. 2. People not social distancing. 3. Recent gathering at fire station with over 50 people on 12.31.2020. (Chief did nothing about it). 4. No social distancing signs are being displayed. 5. No protocol on what steps are to be taken this is state mandated and did not become implemented mask be worn until November 2020. 6. 20 people during change over and 80% of them do not wear masks, they put on a show for upper management but ultimately not wearing mask as should.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-03
