1. State regulation on mask wearing and distancing are not being followed. 2. Work from home is not offered despite our work being able to be done at home. 3. No changes in office staff number have changed since before new regulation went in. 4. Minimal cleaning is being done in the office on a daily basis. 5.More than 2 applicants have been allowed in even though it's against company policy and puts the office head count at over 10 / 6. On December 17th there was a party thrown with at least 6-7 office staff included. Breaking the five person gathering regulation. There was an applicant in the office at this time and no masks have been worn. 7. There has never been regular mask wearing on the office. 8. Zoom meeting with 4 employees in the office all were masks less. These meetings are seen by management and nothing was ever said about no mask being worn. 9. I did not feel I could bring up my concerns up to the office management and be taken seriously or have my concerns actually addressed as a manager was in an office with no mask as well.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-24
