Location: Back area of the dining room (called The Komen Room), all shifts, plus kitchen/prep are, out of public view. Hazards: 1. The Komen Room is being used for dine-in service. There are four walls and no ventilation. Multiple employees agree that the situation is unsafe and does not comply with the mandates stated on Nov 15th by the Governor. 2. One employee has confirmed that he has tested positive for CoViD-19. Many of employees have been in contact with him in the past 10 days. Management is pressuring all employees to return to work and has threatened to bring in servers from another restaurant if they don't work. Management also said that it's not a big deal that an employee has tested positive, since we all wear masks; this is not entirely true, as management and many employees have been observed walking around in the kitchen without a mask, preparing food or talking on the phone, and sitting and eating. 3. The restaurant is open every day and will be for Thanksgiving, and will be taking dine-in guests. 4. Every employee who has worked with the management and/or the COVID-positive employee is at risk; perhaps 20-30 employees, not to mention any guest who has sat and dined in the unventilated room Komen Room.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-24
