a) Staff are not required to wear masks or face coverings when working indoors or closer than 6 feet. b) Employees have not been instructed to practice social distancing and stay at least 6 feet apart. c) As a federal agency the school is not obligated to follow local or state guidance for COVID 19 prevention measures. d) If an employee(s) is exposed to COVID-19 or becomes ill with COVID-19 which jeopardizes their family member's or community member's health and safety, it becomes a family issue and not a work issue. e) The safety and well-being of staff who are senior or otherwise considered high-risk to COVID-19, are not fully addressed f) Classes will be conducted remotely. Numerous staff will work on campus doing a variety of jobs while classes are taught remotely.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 200
