1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 hazards must quarantine for the current amount of time recommended by the CDC. An employee did not stay home while waiting for their COVID-19 test results to return after being exposed to COVID-19 hazards. The employee was recently exposed to an individual that tested positive for COVID-19. All employees in the establishment that were also exposed to COVID-19 hazards were required to continue working potentially exposing other employees and patients to COVID-19 hazards.
