1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring self-quarantine after employee exposure. The employer is allowing employees to "quarantine at work." Potentially exposing other employees to COVID-19 hazards. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are removing their face covers when walking through office common areas and hallways. HAZARD LOCATION: 1. Throughout the Clark County Government Center. 2.
