1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. The employer does not require patrons to wear a mask in the facility potentially exposing employees to COVID-19. Three (3) employees have tested positive for COVID-19 at the establishment.
