HAZARD DESCRIPTION: 1. The employer is not requiring employees or clients to observe the 6 foot social distance rule. There have been over 100 clients coming in back to back and have been in close proximity, at the check in kiosks, at the screening booths and at the beds where plasma is drawn. After screening, the line to draw plasma may go all the way down the stairs. Several of the co-workers are older and some have respiratory conditions. Employees believe they may be exposed to Covid-19. The employer also does not provide employees with face masks only face shields but they are not always effective against airborne particles. The beds are only 1 1/2 to 2 feet apart and a phlebotomist may have a client at both beds to their sides. HAZARD LOCATION: The check in kiosks and the screening booths are on 1st floor, the beds are upstairs. There are two shifts, hours are between 6am to 7pm. 3/20/2020 ebmAlleged Hazards: 1,
