T8CCR 3205(c)(7) - Owner doesn't continuously wear a mask. In the office area is often seen not wearing and when he enters the warehouse area, is often wearing his mask incorrectly; not covering his nose. He is presumed to have had COVID-19. He was not seen at work and returned and is still coughing. T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C) - Spray sanitizers in warehouse area are being watered down by janitorial staff. The janitorial crew uses the watered down spray sanitizer to wipe common areas. Hand soap in the restrooms are being watered down too. Employer does not require employees to wipe down and sanitize shared tools like drills and hammers.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
