T8CCR 3205 - Violating COVID-19 safety guidelines. Some users are not wearing mask and/or not wearing theit masks correctly (ie. Nose exposed). A worker tested positive for covid and the company never informed anyone and never isolated the area in which the infected worker was working at. There were no sanitation procedures performed since.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
