T8CCR§3205(c) & §3205.1- Employees not provided masks for COVID-19 prevention. Have to buy their own. An employee who tested positive for COVID-19 is still coming into work with symptoms. Social distancing not being practiced. More than 3 employees have tested positive of for COVID-19 in the last two weeks and coworkers who were exposed to those workers are still coming into the office. Frequently touched surfaces have not been disinfected. Employer not telling employees about positive COVID-19 tests in the workplace.
