T8 CCR 3205(c)(8) Employer not following their own safety measures in place for screening clients exposing employee to COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3) It was determine a client tested positive for COVID-19 and no notification to employee for possible exposure of COVID-19 was sent out to the employee. Four employees have tested positive. T8 CCR 3205(c)(11) Program Manager is in violation of the companies policies in regarding exposure of positive cases of COVID. She is advising employee to come in while they are waiting for their test results not following the quarantine criteria and also when they have tested positive. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C) Employer is not cleaning and disinfecting the common areas of the facilities and no deep cleaning has been done after the outbreak.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 14
