1. The employer has not implemented methods to maximize the quantity of outdoor air inside buses. The employer has bolted windows shut to prevent them from being opened. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(E) 2. The employer does not have an effective method to ensure that passengers wear face coverings on the bus. When bus drivers press the alert button to bring these conditions to the attention of management, no steps are taken.
