Health: Employees are exposed to the COVID virus. 1. Social distancing is not being followed anywhere in the office. 2. Social distancing is not being followed between workspaces, in cubicles when employees are sitting in their office chairs they are not 6 feet apart. In addition, there are no barriers between employees in cubicles. 3. No barriers to prevent the spread of COVID from employees in walkways to people working in low walled cubicles. 4. Mask wearing is not being enforced. 5. Proper cleaning is not taking place in the facility to prevent the spread of the COVID virus.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
