1. There is a lack of Covid-19 protocols being properly followed at the facility, not only by the gym members but staff as well. 2. Improper mask wearing, ignored by staff and management. 3. Equipment not being cleaned properly. Tanning beds, massage beds, and other touch points not being cleaned thoroughly. 4. Members are allowed behind the front glass/desk area with employees to make a phone call in the employee area and possibly cross contaminate.
