5317 U.S. 41, Champion, 49814 Michigan, United States

1. For months, a township worker, sexton and zoning administrator has asked the supervisor and clerk for PPE and hand sanitizer and has not received any. The township wants the employee to host office hours without it. 2. The supervisor stated the township does not have to provide PPE or training because the employee works alone. However, the township provides senior services at people's homes and burials with people present. Moreover, the employee must enter the township offices to use copy machine, file and deliver time sheets. 3. The township sent a letter to the employee stating acceptance of a silent resignation because of having no grass to cut and snow to plow and employee did not have hours. However, the employee had not resigned.
