Staff are wearing plastic visor splash shields instead of face masks or coverings. They are not wearing face coverings in the back offices and shared offices. Staff have been told they only need to put on a face mask/covering when a customer/client is directly in front of them. They then can pull their mask down when the client walks away from their workstation.
