1. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, the school has reopened with safety measures in a back to work guide as well as a Phase 4 implementation. Within both documents, there are points for hygiene and items for protection to be given to staff. In the work guide, it states that staff will receive face shields and proper attire such as aprons or smocks. Staff has not been provided with face shields or attire. Staff has been told this protection will be available if needed in specific situations. In the Phase 4 document, it states that portable hand washing stations will be provided. There are several classrooms that do not have sinks as those were removed. Within both documents, it states protocols be provided for cleaning all public spaces from playgrounds to classrooms; however that has not been provided to staff.
